This article provides employees with instructions on how to enter or change their Wesleyan office information (building & room #). These can be entered or changed on NWU Self Service via the User Profile. To do this:
- Log into Self Service
- Click on your username at the top right and choose on “User Profile”.
- Your Office information can be found under the address section. Look for the address with the “NWU Office Info” type.
- To change click on the pencil on the right next to the address with this type. In “Address Line 1” enter your office building and room number’ and click ‘Update address’.
- To add click on “Add New Address”
- in “Address Line 1” enter your office building and room number.
- Change the type drop down to “NWU Office Info”
- You will also need to enter a City, State & Zip code
- Click Add address to save.
